Check your current plan
Log in to app.micmonster.com
Click Billing in the left sidebar.
Your current plan name (Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Max Quarter/Annual, etc.) is displayed here
Check your remaining characters
Your character quota is shown in the editor:
Open any project in the editor
Look for the character counter at the bottom of the screen
This shows how many characters you've used and how many remain for the current billing cycle

Check your billing and renewal date
Check your email inbox for a payment receipt from MicMonster — the date on that receipt is your billing cycle start date.
Your plan renews on the same date each month (monthly plan) or each quarter (quarter plan) or each year (annual plan).

Plan shows Free but you've already paid?
This is usually a browser cache issue or a mismatched email address at checkout.
